Development of SOPs

SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) development is the process of creating clear, written procedures to ensure tasks are conducted consistently, safely, and in adherence with International Mine Action Standard (IMAS). SOPs further enable third party QA/QC inspectors to assure a company’s compliance.

Badia Demining technical experts have the ability to write SOPs, adjusting them in line with an operating company’s desired operations ensuring alignment with IMAS.

Training

Training is an intrinsic component of BADIA Demining’s operations enabling its staff at all levels to undertake and perform their assigned activities and tasks effectively. This further ensures implementation of its demining contracts and projects in line with accreditation requirements of UNMAS Syria and the NMAC. Training plays a crucial role in building and developing the capabilities of the staff that are essential for successful demining operations.  

Further to training its own staff, BADIA Demining offers the full spectrum of training services related Explosive Ordnance (EO) awareness and education for field staff of companies operating in Syria with training solutions according to clients’ environment and circumstances.

Training is delivered in accordance with IMAS 06.10.
